Where can I find a product's measurements and care information?
Open the product page and look for Specifications and Care. The information available varies by item. If you cannot find a measurement, material or care detail you need, use Ask about this product on that page or contact us.
How do I measure my dog for a collar or harness?
Use a flexible tape to measure the neck where the collar will sit and the chest around its widest part, usually just behind the front legs. Record the units and compare the measurements with the exact product's size guidance. Our collar and harness measurement guide explains the steps and fit checks.
Can I choose a pet backpack using weight alone?
Weight alone does not tell you whether there is enough space inside. Check the usable internal dimensions and any verified weight guidance for that backpack against your pet's measurements. If these details are missing, ask about the item before choosing.
How can I find the right category?

Do the guides contain a size chart for every product?
No. The guides explain general measuring and care methods. Product-specific dimensions, adjustment ranges and instructions belong on the corresponding product page. If information needed to choose is not available, contact us with the product name or link.

Where can I check the price and available options?
The product page shows the current price and the options available for that item. Choose an available option if there is more than one, then set the quantity before adding it to your bag. Review the selected items and totals in your bag.
How do I review or remove something in my bag?
Open your bag using the bag icon in the navigation. Review each item and quantity, adjust the quantity or remove an item, then check the updated total before continuing.

How do I ask a question about a specific product?
Use Ask about this product on its product page. This opens our contact form with the product name and link filled in. You can review and edit those details before sending your message.
What information should I include in my message?
Include the product name or link, your question and any measurements that help explain it. For an existing order, include the order number if you have one. Avoid sending payment card details in the contact form.
What will I receive if I subscribe?
